1:1 Coaching

$150 - 60 minutes

1:1 technique assessment - whether you want to improve your squat, or you're struggling with pain during a specific exercise. These sessions are intended to equip you with the knowledge that you need to train with confidence.

  • Additional assessments are performed when indicated

  • Advice regarding technique, progressions/regressions, accessory exercises/home exercises when required


Physiotherapy

30 - 60 minutes

General physiotherapy -

Providing an evidence-based treatment approach to the assessment and management of various musculoskeletal pain or injuries

  • $150 - 60 minute initial appointment

  • $120 - 30 minute follow-up appointment


Online Coaching

$75/week

  • Individualised programming - tailored to your needs and equipment availability

  • Weekly email check-in

  • Weekly video feedback - including technique assessment

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching call

  • Monthly program feedback and collaboration

  • Additional assessments when indicated
